Founded by Frédérique Choquet, an accomplished transformation executive and financial optimization consultant with over 20 years of experience leading strategic & investment strategy consultation change across Europe and Africa. 

• A graduate of Cambridge University and Paris XI, she has built a career at the intersection of high-stakes corporate finance, business transformation, and operational excellence.
• Frédérique held senior consulting positions at IBM, Deloitte, and Grant Thornton, where she successfully led over 30 major transformation programs across both the private and public sectors. Her leadership spans areas such as performance management, shared services implementation, digital finance, and organizational design. She is widely recognized for her ability to align complex processes with measurable business outcomes.

During her tenure as Director of Transformation at Transdev, she created and managed a department of 20 specialists, designing and executing a cross-functional transformation roadmap covering 12 strategic projects.

Today, Frédérique is the founder and managing director of Choquet Consulting, an independent consultancy based in Paris. Her firm provides bespoke financial and operational advisory services to modern decision-makers—delivering tailored strategies built on insight, experience, and precision.
